Welcome to Centr Quantum. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and cooking programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our programs, using our website, or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account independently
• Parents or guardians must register participants under 16 years old
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual

Program Participation

When participating in our cooking programs, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by instructors
• Use equipment properly and only for its intended purpose
• Respect other participants and maintain a positive learning environment
• Notify us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and notify us of anticipated delays
• Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes as required

Payment Terms

All program fees are due according to the following terms:

• Full payment is required to secure your registration
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Recurring payments will continue until properly canceled
• Chargebacks may result in immediate service termination

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to all participants:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before class: full refund
• Cancellations within 72 hours of class: class credit only
• No-shows without prior notice: no refund or credit
• Program transfers may be available with 7 days notice
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment
• Refunds for canceled classes will be processed within 14 business days

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Recipes, teaching materials, and course content are proprietary
• You may use provided materials for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Reproduction or distribution of course materials requires written permission
• Website content, logos, and branding are protected by copyright
• User-generated content grants us limited license for service operation
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other participants or staff
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas or information
• Interfering with the proper operation of our services
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating others or providing false information

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services
• We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage
• Participants assume normal risks associated with cooking activities
• We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations
• Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centr Quantum, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For non-payment of fees when due
• For disruptive or dangerous behavior
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• At our discretion with 30 days written notice
• Immediately for serious violations

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. We comply with Canadian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through email or website announcements.
